Left-handers: Simply do the opposite of what is being taught!

• Effects: The most basic type of flourish, spreads the cards out evenly, forming a semi-circle.
• Level of Difficulty: Low
• Level of Amazement: "Wow, it's cool.."
• Preparations: NIL
• Points to Note: This flourish, although may it seem easy, actually needs a reasonable amount of practise before being able to pull it off properly.

Instruction:
Left hand holds deck, with fore and middle finger holding the back of the deck and thumb holding the front. Hold the deck with about 80% pressure.

Right hand fore finger, places at deck's top left hand edge. And slowly cuts down towards the right, or clock-wise direction.

Fore finger continues 'cutting' action until the entire deck is evenly spread out. Close the deck using the right hand, clockwise direction.
